The Problematique of Urban Design Deliberation

People support the Deliberation see the high goals of it, and people oppose it see the controversial methods of it. Obviously the mechanism of Deliberation has problems.

贊成都審的一方是高呼都審的崇高目的，也沒錯，對都審的具爭執性手段同樣覺得無奈；反對的一方也同意都審的崇高目的，反對的是都審的爭議性手段，所以問題顯然出在都審的手段。

十一月號建築師雜誌刊登了一個都市設計審議的特輯，引起了許多送審過的建築師熱烈的討論，認為只聽到部份的聲音，一方面表達他們的看法，也想聽聽送審多次的我有什麼意見，是否與他們一致；另外，過去也有擔任過委員的建築師好友與我談及建築商的思維，希望從我口中得到印證，爰為文討論之。
