Real Estate in Mist— Is it a Market or an Industry?

For a long time the entire society sees the real estate with a very narrow scope, overlooking how the market should operate and how the industry should develop

房地產，這三個字，後頭該加上甚麼字眼，才比較接近正常化或健全。是「投資」「市場」還是「產業」？

我們常說「科技產業」，不會說「科技市場」；我們說「證券業」，也說「股市」。當我們說科技產業時，我們說的是實質產業的運作與經營，重視價值創造以及對GDP與就業的貢獻。當我們說股市時，我們談論的是股價與成交量，但專業一點的，其實談論的還是各「產業」或各檔股票的公司競爭力與經營狀況。
當我們在談論房地產，特別還用「房市」這說法時，我們所論述或關心的，似乎非常偏重價格的漲跌。
