A New Architectural Landscape in the Tide:
Why Taiwanese Architects Need to Understand Vietnamese Architecture

With Southeast Asia’s political and economic landscape being reshaped, Vietnam has become a new global industrial focus. Taiwanese architects should seize the opportunity of supply chain restructuring, deepen their understanding of Vietnamese architecture and culture, shift from one-way expansion to professional symbiosis, and reposition Taiwan’s architectural role internationally to explore new opportunities in Southeast Asia.

在21世紀全球政經格局劇變下，東南亞國家聯盟(ASEAN)特別是越南，憑藉強勁的經濟成長、人口紅利與戰略地位，成為全球產業焦點。對臺灣而言，這不僅是供應鏈的重組，更是建築專業版圖重構的關鍵契機。

長期以來，臺灣建築界多聚焦歐美或依賴中國大陸市場。然而隨著地緣政治轉向，傳統執業路徑面臨挑戰。在美中競爭與「非紅供應鏈」推波助瀾下，台商大規模移轉至越南，為臺灣建築師開闢了全新的執業戰場。

臺灣建築師進入越南，不能僅將其視為「代工廠房的延伸」，而應將其視為具備深厚文化底蘊與創新活力的建築主體。深入了解越南建築，既是服務台商的「硬實力」基礎，更是面對氣候變遷、尋求地域性設計突破(Critical Regionalism)的「軟實力」養分。本文將從亞洲政經發展、非紅供應鏈、執業轉型、氣候地域性設計及公會交流等方向深度剖析。
