Future Trends in Architecture Observed in Biennale Architettura 2023  

“Laboratory of the Future”, the theme of the 18th International Architecture Exhibition, sets its sights on Africa, presenting architects, designers, artists and researchers, among other professionals, in multi-layered exhibitions.

因應後疫情時代的影響，建築領域的材料、技術和理念都隨著疫情而發生了變化，2023年威尼斯建築雙年展的策展人兼建築師萊斯利·洛克(Leslie Lokko)提出了主題「未來實驗室」，就是希望在人們經歷了最困難的兩年後，建築師是否能提出更具創造性、可持續性和實驗性的想法。那麼，2023年將迎來怎樣的建築新世界呢？本文將引領讀者初步認識這一場建築盛會。

2023年是疫情過後重新尋找自我的一年。在這一整年中，全球舉辦了多場令人驚豔的國際建築策展活動。例如，西班牙在4月推出的Concéntrico festival自2015年以來已展示了100多個建築裝置和展館，旨在透過全新的「城市未來」計劃，在公共空間進行參與式實踐。
